Please take a moment to meet our team and our own pets. We look forward to seeing you!
24 Hour Emergency Service
Here at Sylvania Veterinary Hospital, we offer a unique 24 hour, 365 days a year after hours emergency service.
We have staff living on the premises, ready to assist you at any time during the night, should an emergency arise.
When you call us after hours, the staff on the other end of the phone can determine whether your pet's health is a genuine emergency, and can see you and your pet, and asses your pet's condition at the hospital.
In addition, there is always a Veterinary Surgeon on call, who can be called in to perform emergency surgical procedures such as bloat surgery (GDV) or caesarean section surgery. They can also perform emergency X Rays or Ultrasound if required.
Sylvania Veterinary Hospital is one of only a handful of veterinary hospitals in the greater Sydney metropolitan area able to provide such an emergency service.
We understand the importance and need for a localised emergency service in the Sutherland Shire, and will remain committed to providing this essential service.
Call us on 9522-7088. We are here to help you.
